Sister Bham and her companion were bitten by a dog today, less than a week after J. arrived in Columbus. Some kind ward members gave them each a blessing and drove them to the hospital. They said the wound was superficial, thankfully. They also emailed us this picture via iphone. I hope Sister Bham's guardian angel is a big, buff dude with lots of endurance and stamina!
OH NO! Kirby still has scars from where HE got bit by a dog on HIS mission! Now she's a REAL missionary. ;)
ReplyDeleteDad has a story about a dog barking at he and his companion through a fence as they walked by. It was a decorative wrought-iron fence with spikes sticking up from the bottom. Dad's comp hit the dog on the top of the head with his umbrella -- which impaled the dog's head on one of the spikes! I always hated that story before Julia's incident. Now I have NO problem with it!
